Here are some tips that'll help you to be successful with your GPT business. Take these tips to heart for they have done wonders for my gpt business and they certainly will do the same for you.
Tip #1: Always tell the truth
Don't lie about how much a site makes or how much you make. Lying will get you nowhere. This tip is so important that I made it number one here.
Tip #2: Stay focus
What I mean by this is to not get distracted and lose sight of your goals; getting referrals and promoting your gpt business.
Tip #3: Put half of your profit back into your gpt business
What I mean by this is to take have of what you earn from say Clixsense and use it to promote your gpt website via banner ads, ptc ads, etc.
Tip #4: Show current proof of payment
Show payment proof like I did on this page. It says alot about you and the gpt program you are member of. Most importantly, it DEFINITELY plays a big factor in gaining trust and in getting others to signup via your referral link.
Tip #5: Update your website when necessary
This involves showing current proof of payment, removing sites that don't pay from your home page; testing and fixing erroneous links; etc.
Tip #6: Cloak and track your referral links
You can cloak and track your referral links for free. I use this text ad exchanges to not only promote my gpt referral links but to cloak and track them. There are many reasons why you should do this but the most important one of them all is to NOT lose that referral you work so darn hard to get!

Tip #7: Only Upgrade in sites that pay
If a site have a history of paying members and you have been paid by them then it is safe to upgrade to pro status. I suggest to use your earnings to pay for upgrade.
